The rooms where big and modern, with central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. Location: the hotel was just off 2 metro stops, and metro station. I had coffee at Fattore Gelato, located within 5 minutes walk.

our recent stay in Rome was fantastic, but Modern Bnb really stood out. The location was perfect, close to the Vatican Museum and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful and spoke English, assisting us with finding the beach. They even went above and beyond when we missed breakfast.
limited signage made finding the place a bit challenging.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Rome. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a strong water pressure in the shower. The location was extremely convenient, as it was very close to the Cipro metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the nearby cafe was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs.

the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the Vatican and other tourist sites on foot. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the staff was attentive and provided daily cleaning service. Communicating with the host through WhatsApp was convenient and he provided valuable information about Rome and its attractions.
I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Rome in the future. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.

The style of the room was modern and I loved it. Although the location was a bit far from the main attractions, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easily accessible. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its proximity to St Peter's Square, as we came to see the Pope.

I had always wanted to visit the Vatican Museums, so I chose to stay at Modern Bnb solely for its close proximity to this landmark. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the option to have a typical Italian breakfast every morning. The delicious local cuisine breakfasts made my stay even more enjoyable.
The bed board was not okay at all. The lack of clear signage made it difficult to find the property, and we had to call Modern Bnb to confirm our arrival location.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Title: Wonderful Stay in Rome!
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people would be more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and polite, it would have been helpful to have someone available to assist with luggage or provide additional information about local attractions and transportation options.

I stayed at Modern B&B for one night in June. The air conditioner in the room was efficient in the hot weather. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The owner, Mr. Arnold, was kind enough to make me a delicious coffee early in the morning before my train. The location is perfect for exploring the Vatican, with the metro station and supermarkets nearby.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
